SEO?

SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” It is the process of getting traffic from the “free,” “organic,” “editorial” or “natural” listings on search engines. All major search engines such as GoogleYahoo and Bing have such results
SEO is one of the most effective things you get online, your site in a way that the search engines you may be rewarded by basically sending traffic to the path to be optimized. SEO is not really so simple, but the bottom line is if your page is optimized both on page and off, you usually get higher natural search engine rankings, which leads to traffic for you.

1. How Search Engines Work

The first basic truth you need to know to learn SEO is that search engines are not humans. While this might be obvious for everybody, the differences between how humans and search engines view web pages aren't. Unlike humans, search engines are text-driven. Although technology advances rapidly, search engines are far from intelligent creatures that can feel the beauty of a cool design or enjoy the sounds and movement in movies. Instead, search engines crawl the Web, looking at particular site items (mainly text) to get an idea what a site is about. This brief explanation is not the most precise because as we will see next, search engines perform several activities in order to deliver search results – crawlingindexingprocessingcalculating relevancy, and retrieving.
First, search engines crawl the Web to see what is there. This task is performed by a piece of software, called acrawler or a spider (or Googlebot, as is the case with Google). Spiders follow links from one page to another and index everything they find on their way. Having in mind the number of pages on the Web (over 20 billion), it is impossible for a spider to visit a site daily just to see if a new page has appeared or if an existing page has been modified, sometimes crawlers may not end up visiting your site for a month or two.

Keywords – the Most Important Item in SEO

1. Choosing the Right Keywords to Optimize For

2. Keyword Density

3. Keywords in Special Places

      a. Keywords in URLs and File Names
      b. Keywords in Page Titles
      c. Keywords in Headings

Panda 2013
Remember the day when Google Panda scared everyone in the web marketing world back in February 2011? The first panda update was like a major earthquake; however the aftershocks which kept appearing in the form of data refreshes are not even noticed nowadays as they have become too common (this is the 3rd month in a row where we have seen panda refreshes). Whenever there is an algorithm update, everyone head to the analytics of their website to see if there were any changes in traffic. However, most of them fail to see the trend changes in third-party sites they have used for link building. There are several game changing trends that occur because of the algorithm updates which would help you in re-strategizing your SEOcampaigns. The comeback of Squidoo after being heavily hit by the first panda update is an excellent example. Squidoo lenses have been ruled-out of the SEO strategies and many recentSEO packages just because of the fact that the site took a very bad hit by the Panda algorithm. However, squidoo lenses get ranked high on the search results nowadays and many of them which I have seen carry a page rank of 5. As you know, squidoo still offers do-follow links which would be very much valuable as well. Here are a few examples that I spotted:

Google Panda Update 10 Seems To Have Hit

  • Panda Update 17, July 24, 2012:(about 1% of queries; announced)

  • Panda Update 20 , Sept. 27, 2012 (2.4% English queries, impacted, belatedly announced

    1. Problem: HP Printer not connecting to my laptop.

I had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me.
I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem. After having received many quotations from various companies, i decided to go ahead with Online Tech Repair (www.onlinetechrepairs.com).
Reasons I chose them over the others:
      1) They were extremely friendly and patient with me during my initial discussions and responded promptly to my request.
      2) Their prices were extremely reasonable.
      3) They were ready and willing to walk me through the entire process step by step and were on call with me till i got it fixed.
      How did they do it
      1) They first asked me to state my problem clearly and asked me a few questions. This was done to detect any physical connectivity issues with the printer.
      2) After having answered this, they confirmed that the printer and the laptop were functioning correctly.
      3) They then, asked me if they could access my laptop remotely to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. I agreed.
      4) One of the tech support executives accessed my laptop and started troubleshooting.
      5) I sat back and watched as the tech support executive was navigating my laptop to spot the issue. The issue was fixed.
      6) I was told that it was due to an older version of the driver that had been installed.

      My Experience
I loved the entire friendly conversation that took place with them. They understood my needs clearly and acted upon the solution immediately. Being a technical noob, i sometimes find it difficult to communicate with tech support teams. It was a very different experience with the guys at Online Tech Repairs. You can check out their website www.onlinetechrepairs.com or call them on 1-914-613-3786.
Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs help fixing their computers.
Thanks a ton guys. Great Job....!!
